What are your shipping rates?
We utilize per item shipping! The shipping reflects the cost from United States Postal Service.


How long until my package is delivered?
Our entire order process takes approximately 1 - 4 business days depending on the items ordered. All items are shipped Priority Mail and will be received within 2-3 days of shipping. On average, most orders are received within 3 business days.


How are your packages delivered?
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS)


What if my shipment is lost?
If your shipment is lost in transit, you may apply for a refund or reorder. Please notify us of your concern and we will contact the delivery service to track your package.


What if the package is damaged in transit?
If your entire package is damaged you may refuse the package and it will be returned to us. Any returns will be refunded to the same account used when you placed the order or a replacement order will be sent.


Can you ship to Canada?
No, the shipping rates are not cost effective for us.


Can you ship to APO's?
Yes, we can ship to any valid APO address.


Do you send international orders?
Currently, we ship only within the United States.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS


How do I return products?
Food items MAY NOT BE RETURNED! Please notify us via email to request a refund.


How long does it take to get a refund?
If your order needs to be changed or canceled, we can refund charges to your credit card provider within 24 hours of notification. Actual posting to your credit card is dependent on your credit card providers processing times.
